Cosmatos Group was nominated with the transport of refinery equipment from Greece to BUTACHIMIE refinery in Chalampe, France.
Total cargo consisted of 19 drums with a total weight of 265 mts and total volume of 1700 cbm.
5 units were loaded on two standard trailers for delivery to Chalampe
8 OOG units were loaded on four semi and low bed trailers for delivery to Chalampe
6 OOG units were used for the on-carriage to Thessaloniki port and loaded directly on a part chartered vessel with destination the port of Rotterdam. Upon arrival, they were stored at port terminal and then loaded on a barge for river transport to Ottmarsheim pier until the final delivery by road to the refinery

Cosmatos arranged the transshipment operation to discharge and carefully reload the cargo at port of Piraeus.
The cargo was placed onto a 50-foot Mafi unit and lashed at all contact points. The shipment was then safely and successfully loaded onto a Ro/Ro vessel in the shortest possible time with final destination Israel.
