Thank you so much to all of you that are successfully back on our online shipping portal My.MaerskLine.com. We reopened it within the last 24 hours and we can already see many of you now making use of the booking functionality including: booking, submitting shipping instructions. Additionally, on My.Maerskline.com you can now access and print Verified Copies and Bills of Lading. MyFinance is also functional.
As mentioned in the last days, you can continue to book via EDI and INTTRA. Our EDI customer flows are now running as normal, and we are grateful for the business you are sending through this channel.
Again, we are able to produce customs manifests in most markets, in order to ensure speedy load, discharge and release of cargo.
We have previously shared that our phones are open, however the access can vary across regions, but we are working on getting it up and running as fast as possible. We are contactable by email, and look forward to hearing from you.
Also as we bring systems on line please note once more that our systems may, as part of the process, send notifications out. We apologize if this causes any concerns for you. Rest assured, all our systems are authenticated and safe to use.
We would like to confirm that we will honor the rates already communicated and remain fully focused on supplying them to you through the normal channels soon again.
Our vessels remain sailing and all APM terminal locations are operational and continue to increase their productivity. Maasvlakte II in Rotterdam has now gates open around the clock for import and export release, with full operational ramp-up expected shortly.
