Hydraulic Dock Levers

hub-logistics-5

The hydraulic dock levers that we have used for our warehouse consist of three metal parts:

  • The first metal part is the main supporting structure, which is firmly connected to the static parts of the building
  • The second metal part, which is the biggest part of the main bridge, it is mobile and it is articulated to the fixed part
  • The third part, the metal utility portion of the main bridge, it is mobile and it is articulated to the large cell portion of the bridge
  • The construction is sturdy and can accommodate dynamic loads of 6 tons and static loads of 10 tons
  • The movement of the mobile parts is achieved by single-acting hydraulic rams and the ramp can be stopped at different heights and positions
  • The construction’s height is 60 cm and can be moved down to 40 cm and up to 60 cm from point zero
